 It is important to consider the vast array of media
institutions that now exist in this film world and the
practicalities and costs involved with each one. Until fairly
recently, the methods that could be utilized to distribute
films was very limited, and highly expensive. Considering
all of that, I would prefer an independent distribution
company, for example See-saw films because our film is
quite a unique or different but for financial issues we
would have to have a media institution like Colombia
pictures, as they own the rights to highly successful
movies in the film industry, because Colombia pictures
would be able to offer us post production facilities and
technological equipment which we need in order to make
the film a successful in this present day environment.
 Due to the fact that we rely on technology a
lot, I can offer for my media product online as
well. The reason for this is because we have
become a generation that uses the internet
before we use our minds and everything is
available online for everyone to see, therefore
it would make it accessible for everyone to
watch, which means that they won’t have to
go out to the cinema to view my media
project.

As well as that, YouTube would be a great place to
advertise my film, by allowing people to view short clips of
my film. This would be good because it would create
attention of my film, and a lot of people would be able to
watch. The reason why I know that people would watch it
is because millions of people go YouTube every day and
watch anything and everything that is available on site,
and if they see that my trailer is coming up then they
could advertise it through word-of-mouth. As well as that,
I can use different forms of social networking sites such as
FaceBook, MySpace or Twitter to advertise my opening for
the audience to watch. This could create a following for
the Movie and what I can do is has-tag the title of the film
and creates a trend. An example of this is the image and
we can do #TheCllones and make it trend on twitter.

  • 2.  It is important to consider the vast array of media institutions that now exist in this film world and the practicalities and costs involved with each one. Until fairly recently, the methods that could be utilized to distribute films was very limited, and highly expensive. Considering all of that, I would prefer an independent distribution company, for example See-saw films because our film is quite a unique or different but for financial issues we would have to have a media institution like Colombia pictures, as they own the rights to highly successful movies in the film industry, because Colombia pictures would be able to offer us post production facilities and technological equipment which we need in order to make the film a successful in this present day environment.
  • 3.  Due to the fact that we rely on technology a lot, I can offer for my media product online as well. The reason for this is because we have become a generation that uses the internet before we use our minds and everything is available online for everyone to see, therefore it would make it accessible for everyone to watch, which means that they won’t have to go out to the cinema to view my media project.
  • 4.  As well as that, YouTube would be a great place to advertise my film, by allowing people to view short clips of my film. This would be good because it would create attention of my film, and a lot of people would be able to watch. The reason why I know that people would watch it is because millions of people go YouTube every day and watch anything and everything that is available on site, and if they see that my trailer is coming up then they could advertise it through word-of-mouth. As well as that, I can use different forms of social networking sites such as FaceBook, MySpace or Twitter to advertise my opening for the audience to watch. This could create a following for the Movie and what I can do is has-tag the title of the film and creates a trend. An example of this is the image and we can do #TheCllones and make it trend on twitter.
