As LNHS Family…….
        We strive for better student
   performance, sustain all the programs
that have started and reflect on those
   which did not work.
We make sure that the journey are
mapped out with one person placed in
the center of everything, “THE LEARNER”
We respond to the call for quality :
 quality education
 quality target
 quality program
 quality services
 quality graduates

      hardwork, support, collaboration,
        teamwork and partnership
GUIDING PRINCIPLE FOR CREATING AND
SUSTAINING HIGH PERFORMANCE
1. Common mission, vision, values and goals
2. System for prevention and intervention
3. Collaborative teaching and learning
4. Data driven decision making and
   continuous improvement
5. Active engagement from family,
   community and stakeholders
6. Building sustainable leadership capacity
CHANGES TO REFLECT ON
“There is nothing more difficult to
plan, more doubtful of success and
more dangerous to manage, than the
creation of a new order of things.”
1. Be honest with the time, with the resources. Work
     for your daily bread.
2. Know your job and do it well.
3. Re-visit the mission and vision of the school and
lead your actions towards their accomplishments.
4. Acknowledge your weakness and do something to
improve on these areas. In the same manner,
make use of your strengths for the good of the
service. You are your own best natural resources.
5. Love your work or don’t work at all.
6. Never power trip. We are all public servants.
7. Dedicate all your deeds and all your thoughts to
the Supreme Power. With his guidance, you will
     never go wrong.
Now who’s afraid of
change?
The way is difficult, let us work together
The way is long, let us go hand in hand
The way is ours alone, let us go in love
The way is open before us, let us begin.
