Emma Kelly is a 22-year-old librarian from Long Island who became interested in libraries from her grandmother who was a public librarian. She worked as a page in her town's library in high school and had two internships dealing with archival work in college. One key experience that led her to becoming a librarian was visiting the Trinity College Library in Ireland.

 During the summer after my freshman year of college and my winter

 Got to experience being a commuter
 I helped them file old paperwork and Wills dating back to when the
firm first started.

 It was unique and exciting to work for something related to myself.
 I organized tapes for all TV shows from channels owned by Viacom.
