Developed and implemented a safety incentive program based on periods of time with no accidents, injuries or incidents. The program was for all employees regardless of position in the company.
Established and chaired the Safety Review Board which was an employee based safety committee. The board was a peer review of all incidents that occurred in a specified period of time and set eligibility to participate in the safety incentive plan. Developed an in house traffic control inspection report and field procedure for use. This allowed a comprehensive review of all traffic control devices on a job and traffic plan compliance.
