• New U.S. Federal Office Building $200M government project. Duties involve conducting jobsite safety
orientation for over 1,500 personnel, ensuring JHAs are completed properly and signed prior to any
definable feature of work, tracking subcontractor’s safety meetings, conducting and tracking safety
training for staff members, conducting and documenting weekly safety audits, tracking equipment
inspections, administrating over Hensel Phelps’ behavior based safety program SAFE, tracking
confined space, excavation and hot work permits, conducting and tracking ladder, fire extinguisher,
crane, first-aid kit, fall protection, scaffolding and sling inspections, as well as maintaining OSHA 300
log and investigating, documenting and reporting any job related incidents. Completed over 650K man-
hours with only five OSHA recordable accidents on project for a 1.54 incident rate.

program in accordance with USACE EM 385-1-1 regulations. Assisted in site inspections by the
USACE and OSHA. Completed over 350K man-hours with only two OSHA recordable accidents for a
0.88 incident rate on $53M project Revitalization of Buildings 2264 & 2266. Project scope featured the
renovation of two 100,000 sq. ft. buildings.

• Implemented, conducted, and documented safety programs such as the safety orientation of over 1400
personnel, PPE issuance, daily and weekly safety inspection reports, safety meetings, safety training,
incident investigation, corrective actions of incidents, root cause analysis, and Hazard Communication
program. Assisted in site inspections by the Corps of Engineers and OSHA. Completed 400K man-
hours with only one OSHA recordable on $114M project Foreign Security Forces Transition Team
Mission. Project scope featured installation of 127 structures and utilities to include over 3 miles of
overhead primary power as well as over 10 miles of underground piping.

• Responsible for conducting and documenting training of BJ Services/Baker Hughes personnel located
at the Geismar Louisiana District.

• Provided direction for fifteen personnel as security squad leader during major combat operations in
Iraq.
• Supervised twenty-five personnel assigned to various reconstruction projects across Iraq.
• Responsible for the safe guarding of hundreds of tons of ammunition captured from the Iraqi
Republican Guard.
• Responsible for inventory, cleaning, and palletizing over $2 million worth of military equipment.
