This document outlines the terms and conditions for functions held at Potato Head Beach Club in Bali. Key points include:
- Menu selections and guest details must be submitted 2 weeks in advance. Menus cannot be changed on the day of the function.
- Additional guests or orders on the day will be charged. Leftover food and drinks cannot be taken away.
- Prices are subject to change unless a deposit is paid and contract is signed.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. Cancellations within 2 weeks forfeit the deposit.
- The balance is due on the day of the function. No discounts once the function ends.

The Grapevine Magazine initially started as The Competa Magazine and was also distributed in Canillas de Albaida, Archez and Sayalonga . Due to increasing advertisers in different areas, the magazine naturally expanded to Lake Vinuela, Puente don manuel, Torre del mar, el Morche Torrox Costa and Torrox Pueblo. And finally this year, we have started to distribute the magazine in Nerja. The Grapevine Magazine is successful due to its local content, information, articles written by locals, professional look and affordable advertising rates.

3. function order terms and conditions
1. All food & Beverage orders, number of guests & special request (food allergic, vegetarian, halal or
etc) must be submitted in writing a minimum 2 weeks prior to function date.
2. Once the menu selection provided by Potato Head Beach Club has been approved by you, it cannot
be change or converted to other menu on the day of the function.
3. If more people are served than quoted, it shall be added to the bill.
4. Additional order (food & beverage) beside the confirmed and approved function menu (food &
beverage) are subject to be charged.
5. Any leftover Food & Beverage orders shall not be taken away when the function ends.
6. All prices are subject to change without notice. A guarantee of price will only be honored with a
signed “FUNCTION ORDER FORM & TERMS AND CONDITIONS” accompanied by a signed function
order form and when down payment has been received.
7. No dates shall be reserved without a 50% down payment.
8. Cancellations must be submitted in writing no less than two weeks prior to the function date. Unless
otherwise down payment is not subject to be return. We will retain the full contract balance to those
orders with notice less than two weeks prior to the function date.
9. Balance is due on the day of the function.
10. No discounts will be made to any bill once the function is ended.
11. A 7% service charge and a 10% sales tax shall be added to additional food and beverage sales.
12. Potato Head Beach Club shall accommodate guests’ request in a professional manner, however the
difficulties which may arise by outside of our agreement, the responsibility is solely rest on host of
the function and the relevant parties.
13. As hosts, you are responsible for the behavior and actions of your guests.
14. No additional sound system, decoration, and bar arrangements are allowed to be installed.
15. Any damage caused by a guest will be the host’s financial responsibility.
16. Potato Head Beach Club does not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any belongings of
the guests on the premises prior to, during or following any function.
17. Corkage Fee will be implemented for any bottled goods and any outside food & beverage at the
function. (Regular - Rp 300,000++ per bottle, Magnum – Rp 600,000++ per bottle)
18. Potato Head Beach Club does not take responsibility of your guest come in late that would be alter
the function flow from its schedule serving time. This is a concern which solely lies with the
individual who booked the function and the relevant parties.
19. Potato Head Beach Club will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as
electrical failure, water loss, fire, flood, bad weather, etc.
4. 20. No order will be processed without a signature on the “Potato Head Beach Club “Function Order
Form and Terms & Condition” which will serve as authorization of payment, the addition of any and
all charges, and acceptance of stated terms and conditions.
21. The person signing this contract shall be financially responsible for all the remaining charges of the
function.
I have read, understand, and accept all the terms and conditions stated in the Potato Head Beach
Club “CONFIRMATION LETTER and TERMS AND CONDITIONS” and I authorized to sign on the behalf
of said person, persons, and/or the company I represent.
