1. How To Insert Hyperlinks Into A PowerPoint Presentation.
Introduction
• Links between presentations in PowerPoint are known
as hyperlinks, and they operate similarly to links
between websites. These may be used to explore
presentation slides, video files that are not compatible
with PowerPoint, other files, and websites.
• When the slideshow view is selected, the link becomes
active. (Remember that an active Internet connection
is essential for this to work). If the file is stored locally
on your computer, you may click the OK button after
going to its location and selecting it.
• Text and pictures are not the only options available;
• One can use either text, text box, Smart art, picture or
a symbol.
Step 1
Choose the text, shape, or image that you would like
to turn into a hyperlink, and then click it.
Step 2
Go to the Insert tab on the ribbon and
then tap on the symbol that looks like a
hyper link in the Links group.
Step 3
Select an existing file or web page and then
insert the following elements:
Text is being displayed from: Type the text you
want to make into a link into the box that opens.
