This study examined the impact of positive thinking on self-image among 50 male and 50 female students in class 9. Students completed a pre-test measuring positive thinking and self-image. They then participated in an intervention program teaching positive self-talk, reframing thoughts, and visualizing success. A post-test found insignificant differences between genders in positive thinking and self-image, showing the intervention was effective. Positive thinking and self-image were found to be positively correlated, such that improving positive thinking can boost self-image. The study concludes regular positive thinking exercises can help build healthier self-images.
