 Self confidence is the quality of believing in
one self and ones abilities.
 It includes in ones ability as expressed in
increasingly challenging circumstances and
confidence in ones decisions or opinions.

feel upon being rejected.
 The more self confident you become the more risks you
will be willing to take and so more opportunities you
will encounter.
 Less criticism will affect you.
 Less anxious you will be.
 Better power of solitude.
 Capable of facing problems.

2. Self efficacy

Self esteem reflects the individuals evaluation of
his or her value.it is a feeling of satisfaction that

her own abilities.If you have a high level of self
esteem you will be confident,happy,highly
motivated and have the right attitude to
success.

Self efficacy is the belief in ones own capacity to
perform, accomplish specific tasks and reach goals.
Many thinkers argue that schools have a huge part to
play in developing young peoples feeling of self
efficacy.
