Dr. Jeffrey Tocci owns and runs Tocci Dental Associates in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he specializes in preventative, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry. When not working, he coaches youth sports and supports the Positive Coaching Alliance, a national nonprofit that aims to provide youth athletes a positive sports experience through coaches, parents, and officials partnering with schools. In 2015, the PCA recognized 12 leaders, including the Green Bay Packers president and youth program directors, for encouraging thousands of sports leaders to emulate their example and positively influence over 40 million youth athletes.
Argiz received the award during the United Way Tocqueville Grand Reception at the Coral Gables Estates home of Constance and Mike Fernandez in front of more than 350 of Miami's most generous givers.
As first vice chair, Argiz will work closely with current Chamber Chairman, Phillis Oeters, Alberto Dosal, chairman-elect, & the organization's various committees to further the Chamber's initiatives.

Operating in some form since the late 1800s, 4H's education, health, and nutrition programs reach more than six million youths nationwide. In November 2020, the organization received a multi-year grant award from the Walmart Foundation. The $3-million grant will fund the 4H Healthy Habits program, which trains adolescents to serve as healthy food ambassadors.
In this role, participants share nutrition guidelines and cooking tips, as well as healthy lifestyle activities. Through its youth ambassadors, Healthy Habits aims to improve community health, especially in underserved populations. The program operates in 28 states and has impacted nearly 2 million youth and their families. The Walmart Foundation began financing the program in 2012. Since then, 4H has received more than $20 million from the foundation.

Students In Action is a national youth volunteer leadership, recognition and reward program, designed to pass the tradition of service on to the next generation.
Co-developed by Jefferson Awards for Public Service and Deloitte, it is now in over 250 High Schools.
Each spring, Student Leaders from the participating schools compete in regional competitions. They are asked to report on the implementation of the program, and the impact they've had, both in their schools and within their communities.
Drawing on over two decades of experience as a senior executive, Kirk Fisher is the chief operating officer and president of Plexos, as well as the chief executive officer and owner of Fisher Real Estate. Since 2010, he has also been an executive in residence and instructor in the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University. Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Kirk Fisher is actively involved in fundraising, supporting nonprofits such as the local CASA association for children. Together with his band Better than Nobody, he plays to raise funds for the association.

The paper focuses on the core values, mission and vision of the Gift for Life Foundation, which is the selected organization of choice (Gift for Life Foundation, 2018). The core values, vision and mission of the organization represents the organizational identification and lays the foundation for any strategic plan. Gift for Life Foundation is a humanitarian organization focusing on children; the organization carries out programs aimed at reducing infant mortality, promoting positive parenting and decreasing child neglect and abuse (Gift for Life Foundation, 2018). The organization focuses on child assistance by giving children opportunities to achieve success and personal growth. Ultimately, the organization aims at promoting confidence, independence and life-long learning in children. The paper discusses the organization’s core values and how they are aligned to advocacy and leadership and how they contribute to wellbeing of societies. In addition, it highlights the mission and vision of the organization and lastly it identifies and describes the stakeholders involved in the organization.
The Core Values of Gift for Life Foundation
The Gift for Life Foundation derives its values on the need to help children attain their success. Due to the objectives of the organization, the Gift for Life Foundation has seven core values, which are; excellence, teamwork, respect, accountability, integrity, innovation and passion (Gift for Life Foundation, 2018). The core values guide the organization’s activities and ensure that it meets its objectives even in the most difficult situations. In adhering to its core value about being excellent, the Gift for Life Foundation dedicated to satisfying the needs of children, its workers and honoring the decisions made to children and the people it serves with care (Gift for Life Foundation, 2018).
In relation to teamwork, the organization encourages all its employees to work together as a family while embracing inclusiveness and diversity and attaining the immediate needs of children particularly those who are abandoned, disadvantaged and orphaned. In relation to being innovative, the organization seeks and adopts new ways that can better serve the needs of children. Massachusetts, Dr. Jeffrey Tocci specializes in

dentistry. In this position, he oversees the office’s staff,
which includes four hygienists, four administrators,
and three assistants. When not in the office, Dr.
Jeffrey Tocci assists those in his community through
youth coaching and helping with the Positive
Coaching Alliance (PCA).
A national non-profit organization, the PCA aims to
provide youth and high school athletes with a
positive youth sports experience. Since its inception in
1998, the organization has influenced more than five
million youth athletes.

organizations.
In 2015, the PCA announced its class of Development
Zone Leadership Fellows. These fellows encourage
thousands of high school and youth sports leaders to

efforts are the president and chief executive officer
of the Green Bay Packers, the assistant director of a
parks and recreation program in Virginia, the
