and master’s degrees in business administration from Golden Gate University and earned an advanced leadership certificate

Michael C. Hyter is managing director for Korn/Ferry International. He previously was president and managing
partner for Global Novations, an international management consulting firm specializing in leadership
development, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Global Novations became a Korn/Ferry International Company in
2012.
Prior to his tenure with Global Novations, Mr. Hyter’s previous experience included a wide range of human resources and
leadership positions at the Dayton Hudson Corporation. In 1992, he became vice president of Community, Government Affairs
and Public Relations for sixty-three Dayton’s, Hudson’s, and Marshall Field’s stores.
Mr. Hyter has published articles in 2004 Handbook of Business Strategy, Director’s Monthly, Profiles in Diversity Journal, and Inc.
He is also co-author of The Power of Inclusion: Unlock the Potential and Productivity of Your Workforce, published by Wiley in

Ronald C. Parker

Ronald C. Parker is president and CEO of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC). He joined the organization
in 1994 and has served on both the council and foundation boards. Mr. Parker recently retired from his post
as senior vice president for human resources, labor relations, and global diversity and inclusion at PepsiCo, where he worked
for nearly 30 years. His involvement with succession planning, workforce analysis, and developing the cultural competency of
PepsiCo’s leaders forms a base of experience that complements ELC’s goals to place more African Americans in C-suites and on
public company boards.
Mr. Parker began his career at American Quasar Petroleum before moving to Texas Christian University (TCU) as assistant
director of athletics in charge of national recruitment. He later joined an emerging petroleum services company where he
focused on national recruitment and employee development.
2. Mr. Parker is a board member of Baylor Regional Medical Center and the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas. He earned his
undergraduate degree in political science from TCU where he now serves on the International Board of Visitors and the Board
of Trustees.

Brickson Diamond is chief operating officer (COO) of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and the Executive
Leadership Foundation (ELF). As COO, Mr. Diamond is responsible for the daily operations of the organization
and reports to the President and CEO, Ronald C. Parker. Mr. Diamond works with the ELC leadership, staff and members to
ensure the future growth and impact of the Council. Specifically, he is responsible for the development, management, and
improvement of organizational functions, ensuring that The ELC provides a high level of service to its members, high-potential
African-American corporate leaders, and strategic partners.
Mr. Diamond is a graduate of Brown University and The Harvard Business School. Mr. Diamond resides in Washington, DC
where he is raising his nephew, a recent graduate of Middlesex School in Concord, MA.
