How it´s made

Polvorones
- 1. Polvorón Ingredients -100g ground of almonds. -100g powdered/icing sugar. -100g lard. -250g flour. A tea spoon of cinnamon. Preparation 1. Pour 250g of flour into a mixing bowl. 2. Add the lard, ground almonds, icing sugar with a teaspoon of cinnamon, if you want a particular flavor you can add cocoa powder for chocolate polvorones, grated lemon/orange rind for lemon/orange polvorones, and so on. 3. Blend into one mass and give the shape of a cylinder 4. Put it in the oven, bake it until light brown at 130 degrees for 30 min. 5. Place the dough in a container and leave it in the fridge to rest for about 30 min.
- 2. 6. Divide the dough into small pieces and give them the shape you wish. 7. Sprinkle some flour all over the polvorones. 8. Put the polvorones into the oven for about 5 min at 200 degrees. 9. Once the polvorones's been baked we add a little bit of icing sugar.
