After the lesson, the participants will be able to:
1. Enumerate the eligibilities required for recruitment;
2. Express their thoughts and feelings about the importance of
integrity and equality in PNP recruitment through oral recitation; and
3. Practice completing mock applications.
4. Provide feedback on enhancing the recruitment process
through group discussions.

1. Recruit based on merit and fitness, open to men and women.
2. Reserve 10% for qualified female recruits.
3. No discrimination based on gender, religion, ethnicity, or politics.
4. Divide quota based on attrition and regular quotas.
5. Use Screening Committees for applicant evaluation.

6. Initial screening up to 150-200% of quota.
7. Age, height, and weight requirements maybe waive provided
that the applicants is certified member of indigenous group.
8. Applicants permanently disqualified shall not allowed to apply.

2. Good moral character.
3. Pass physical and mental health tests.
4. Hold a recognized bachelor's degree.

6. Must not have been fired before for bad behavior.

7. No current criminal or other legal issues.
8. Must be at least 1.62m tall if male, 1.57m if female.
9. Must be within five kilograms of the standard weight for
your height, age, and sex.
10. Must be between 21 and 30 years old.
