2. 1.- A trip is like life itself
A trip, must of the time starts with a
plan, nevertheless some times you
need to keep moving without one.

3. 2.- An important item to pack
• We sometimes pack everything we may
need for a given trip, but we often forget
to pack at the begining a good attitud.

4. 3.- Be prepared for any contigency
• Be always prepared for any unexpected
contingency, in the real world, delays,
detours, cancellations occur, regardless
of who you are.

5. 4.- While on a plane be diligent
…And if you can help
someone else do it,
not only to
handicapped people,
one day someone will
have a courtesy for
you.

6. 5.- Smile and have good attitude
• On board of a plane, you wil find
different people, from different
countries, different cultures, religions,
and languages. A smile and a good
attitud are universal values.

7. 6.- During take off or landing
…and even during flight, there may be
some turbulence, maintain calm at all
times, be patient, breath deeply.

8. 7.- Travel with a defined course
…There will
be
headwind,
drifting,
storms,
detours,
etc.
Keep going

9. 8.- The approcah is an important
issue for a succesful landing
…The way we approach to people is
very important in the relationships,
we must observe approach and
touch.

10. 9.- We have to see the
big picture
…but if we climb 35,000 feet we will
have a view of a better picture.

pressure…

to others, as long as
we are well We will
be able to provide
help to others.

12. • I have had the privilege of working for international airlines
in the commercial area during the last twenty years, having
had the opportunity to interact with collegues, commercial
partners, embassies, public relations and advertising
companies, all these experiences along with my expertise
as a theatre actor, and radio speaker, and a parallel career as
consultant and facilitator, in subjects such as leadership,
comunications, professional image, outplacement for the
last 13 years added the necessary ingredients for the
publication of my first book “Cimientos para el desarrollo
personal”.
