19. 6. ANALYSIS PHASE
First we have started analyzing the task to be
performed, the next step is to analyzing the problem
and understand its context.
Problem Analysis:-In the problem analysis phase
we analyze the problem with the existing system is
that there is no updated information about the
jobs,The jobseeker need to spent a lot of time and
efforts to get a job.Earlier recruitment was done
manually and it was all at a time consuming work.
Existing System:-We analyze the existing system
and we found that there is nothing that help the
employers to save time and do the work with the
system. All the documentation is done by the
employer of the company.
19
20. In the existing system:-
Employers released the jobs in news papers.
Then the jobseeker applied for the post that is released
by the employer of the company by sending
application through the post or personally go to the
company for submitting application.
Then it also tedious task for the employer of the
company to maintain the records of that person who
are applied for that post.
Overall ,It is time consuming process and
econimaically it is not feasible because to handle these
works company needs a lots of manpower.
20
21. Proposed System:-
In the proposed system we propose to computerize
the existing system activities. In the existing
system, all data processing is done manually.when
there are lots of issues such as retrieval and storage
of the information and keeping track of them
becomes a tedious task.By implementing a
computerized system, the limitation in the present
system will be reduced .
Manpower can be reduced.More over consumption
of time can be reduced to far greater extended by the
implementation of the proposed system
The placement zone project replace the existing
manual system for the recruitment process which is
a time consuming ,less interactive and highly
expensive. 21
22. 6.1 FEASIBILITY STUDY
The three important key consideration in feasibility
analysis:-
Economical Feasibility:- Placement Zone is
economically feasible because the cost involved in
purchasing the hardware & software are
approachable.
The personnel Cost like salaries of hired
employers are nominal because it does not require
highly qualified professionals.
The operating environment costs are marginal.
Less time involved also helped in its economical
feasibility.
22
23. Behavioral feasibility:-
Employers of the company are habitual of working with
manual system and don’t have the knowledge of
working in a computer application based
environment. An estimate Should be made of how strong
a reaction of employers and jobseekers are likely to
have towards the development of online computerized
system. That’s why we are developed user friendly
platform and easily accessible by the employer &
jobseekers. The objective of this feasibility is to taken the
employer and jobseeker into full confidence that the new
proposed system would be helpful for them.
Technical Feasibility:-
The technical requirements for the system is economic
and it use other additional softwares like
Wampserver,notepad++,browsers like google
chrome,dreamviewer,AdobePhotoshop,internet
connection, etc.In this way our project Placement zone
is technically feasible.

47
48. 10.IMPLEMENTATION
Critical phase in the system life cycle is the
successful implementation of the new system
design.
Implementation simply means converting a new
system design into operation .
In this phase project is make it available to
public. Now my project “Placement Zone “is running
on the live server.

49. 11.FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
There are many fields in which I still want to work
further in my project. One of which is to update
information more precisely.
Another future enhancement in my project is to link
it with several advertisements firm which would help
us to gain economic support. So this project can be
developed to a worldwide level
We will also try to developed this site in mobile
