Click on the Advertising tab to
view all your campaigns.

4. Track an Active Campaign
Active Campaigns include - Live, Ready, Pause, and Draft
Inactive Campaigns include – Completed and Aborted
Click here to select the
either active or inactive
campaigns.

Click on a campaign name to
view its details.

Ad Views
These are the number of times your ad has
been shown to customers from a particular
campaign.
Actions
Orders
Revenue
Total number of actions performed by
customers on your ads. An action comprises of
scroll, pinch to zoom and tap. This detonates
the customers intent to purchase.
The count of orders placed via advertising
Campaign level performance summary
Gross merchandise value of orders generated
through ads. Tracking revenue is important
to know the direct impact of Product Listing
Ads on your business.

Rate
ROI
Ratio of actions to ad views. This is calculated
as Total actions /Total Ad views
Ratio of orders to actions. In simple words,
Conversion rate tells you the percentage of
Actions which turn into orders. This is
calculated as Total orders /Total actions
Campaign level performance summary
Cost per
Order (CPO)
This is the average cost for every order you
are generating through ads. It is calculated
as Total ad spend/Total number of orders.
Return on investment for the ad campaigns
created. Total Revenue/Total ad spends

Note: Only icons for valid changes on the campaign

12. Points to Remember
• Tap on the ad, Scrolling and pinch to zoom the
ad on product page view are considered an
‘Action’
• Campaigns are only charged on Cost-per-
Action basis.
• When a campaign is paused, the remaining
budget continues to be on hold till it is either
resumed and completed, or aborted.
• If a campaign is aborted, the final consumption
is calculated and the remaining balance, if any,
will be returned to the CoD balance.
• A live campaign can be paused or
aborted.
• A paused campaign can be resumed
or aborted.
• A campaign cannot be resumed
once it has been aborted.
• Any changes can be made at
campaign level and not at Ad
Groups level.
