Pro Cargo is an independently owned Full-Service Freight Forwarder
with Headquarters in Houston, Texas. Since its inception, the primary
objective of Pro Cargo has been to provide its customers with the

Commencing operations in 1988, Pro Cargo found its niche by
coordinating the exportation of explosives for the Texas based oilfield
community. The necessary attention to detail required performing
such sensitive tasks soon grew to be appreciated by not only the
oilfield community, but also by our present day, widely diversified

8. Insurance Policy
Standard insurance coverage is as follows:
Pro Cargo’s liability is strictly limited to direct loss only and to the per
kg./lb. limits. If Shipper regards these limits as insufficient it must make a
special declaration of value and request Shipment Value Protection or make its own
Insurance arrangements. All other types of loss or damage are excluded (including
but not limited to lost profits, income, interest, future business), whether
such loss or damage is special or indirect, and even if the risk of such loss
or damage was brought to Pro Cargo’s attention before or after
acceptance of the Shipment since special risks can be insured by Shipper.
If a Shipment combines carriage by air, road or other mode of transport, it
shall be presumed that any loss or damage occurred during the air period
of such carriage unless proven otherwise. Pro Cargo’s liability in respect
of any one shipment transported, without prejudice is limited to its actual
cash value and shall not exceed the greater of $50.00 for air or road
shipments; or $500.00 for ocean shipments.
Additional insurance can be purchased: “Insurance @ $0.55 per $100 (Min $25.00)
will be applied on the C&F Value +10%, unless specifically declined.”

12. Pro Pac is a division of Pro Cargo (Established in 1988).
Our main expertise is crating products that require a great deal of
attention to detail to assure that the product reaches the final
destination in the same condition as when it left our customer's
facility.
Our business is located in Houston, Texas which is in close proximity
to Houston’s Intercontinental Airport. We are well equipped to handle
large industrial machinery, oilfield equipments, sensitive electronic
equipments, medical instruments and Hazardous materials. We find
solutions and create new ideas to help indemnify customers from
problems. Our employees are all trained to specific standards to
maintain the highest level of workmanship.

cleared and delivered from any port in the world to any U.S.
destination. We can also arrange freight and obtain very
competitive rates to get your cargo to the US via ocean or
