Agency KPIs
Availability:
Our duty is to ensure that stocks (All must-stock list SKUs) are available at all times by monitoring off take and
influencing ordering before stocks run out.
We ensure that there are no nil-stock situations unless the situation is caused by a stock-out at client distribution center
Optimizing brand visibility
In line with field marketing practices, we ensure maximum visibility for the brands.
This is accomplished through correct planogram execution, POSM Placement, secondary displays, cross merchandising,
good positioning and forward share management.
Reporting/ Feedback from the trade
We constantly provide information on activities in trade and this includes market intelligence on competitor activity,
consumer feedback, sales trends etc.
Building, enhancing and managing trade relationship
In order to achieve our objectives, we nurture and manage a mutual/ business relationship with all the players in the
trade – shelf stockers, floor supervisors, back office people (store-men and purchasing team), management and also
customers
Listing
For us to achieve optimal availability and variants range, we push/influence for listing new brands as well SKUS not
