Seeds come in different sizes, shapes, and colors.
Some can be eaten and some can't

Wherever there is sunlight, air, and soil, plants can
be found. On the northernmost coast of Greenland
the Arctic poppy peeps out from beneath the ice.
3. Hypothesis
if we plants seed horizontal and vertical then the seed
would germinate both ways .they would get the same
nutrients.
4. vsriables
Independent variable (doesn’t change in experiment)
bead seed ,water, same enviroment (light/temperature
same paper towels .
dependent variable (result that changes in the
experiment usually what we are testing)
germoination of the seed
5. Experiment
horizontal and vertical
To test our hypothesis we plants two seed in a cup. we
planted one one horizontal seed at the edges of the
cup so we can see which one will germinate, and the
other on we planted vertical, and we watched it grow
for 14 days and we were germinating.
6. Data
picture 1 is the first stage
of the seed cycle.
picture 2 is when the seed
coat starts to break.
the picture 3 is when the
roots starts to going down
the 4 picture is the final
stage when the plant
grows.
7. results from data
the vertical grew faster then horizontal the vertical had
more roots then the horizontal also the vertical grow the
stem faster then the horizontal.and the
8. conclusion
in our experiment we learned that is
doesn’t matter what way you plant the
seeds, because we test it ,
