3. What is A Phone Book?
A Phone book is a kind of directory which is a list of telephone numbers
and addresses of subscribers. Its purpose is to allow the telephone
number of a subscriber identified by name and address to be found.

4. e-Phone Book
A e-Phone book is an electronic storage of individual’s name, Phone number,
extension and other information used to contact with a subscriber.

5. Introduction
Our Software of Phone Book Management System allows the subscribers to
perform phonebook operations like -
 Add contacts,
 List of all contacts,
 Search Contacts,
 Edit the entered contacts,
 Delete a contact
***It is a Console application without graphics written in C program

 It has a data storage system to store information of a contact.
 It is very easy to add a subscriber info in a phone book.
 We can see the list of all contacts in a single page.
 We can find out a contact by searching their name or the 1st alphabet of their name.
 If we mistake something on the entry time or need to change any info of a contact, we can easily edit it.
 We can also delete a contact if we don’t need it.

For building a advance software, the financial support is very needed. A advance
software needs advance processing system to run. So it is very costly. But our
software is much efficient to perform all the task in a low platform system which a
advance software has. It is not advance but enhanced. It is a low budget project.
We analyzed the cost of our software are:
 Own fund which is managed by us.
 A PC.
 Some times from our daily life.
