We are also challenged to avoid the greatest sin that bushels our light... a grumbling complaining spirit. Part of choosing the life of joy entails removing that bushel and allowing the light of Christ's joy to shine through us.

4th january 2016 was jesus sinless
1) The passage discusses whether Jesus was sinless, citing biblical verses that indicate he was born without inheriting sin and lived a perfect, sinless life despite being tempted.
2) It was essential that Jesus be sinless because as God, he could not have sinned, and his sinless nature proved his divine identity and qualified him to serve as the perfect, blameless sacrifice for humanity's sins.
3) Only through faith in Jesus' atoning death on the cross can people be reconciled with God and have the hope of eternal life, as Jesus alone is the way, truth and life.
05 1 thessalonians 3v1 13 to the end he may establish your hearts
Paul sent Timothy to the Thessalonian church to strengthen and encourage their faith amid difficulties. He also sent a letter to let them know he was thinking of and praying for them. Paul prayed that their faith would mature and their love would abound, so that when Jesus returns they would be holy and blameless.
2nd Sunday of Lent - Second Reading - Philippians 3:17–4:1
Paul challenges the Philippians to imitate him and follow his example of striving for perfection in Christ. He criticizes those who claim to follow Christ but are self-indulgent and care more about earthly things than others. Paul says that when Christ returns, he will change our lowly bodies to conform with his glorified body, freeing us from earthly limitations.
5th Sunday - Second Reading - 1 Corinthians 15:1–11

Because You Are Saints, Live In The Kingdom
Paul, an apostle of Christ, speaks several excellent things in this book to the Ephesians. One of the striking things that he says is “Because of His love”.
There are several “because of” statements in this book, which led me to this “Because You Are Saints”. That means to me that “Because we are saints”, we should act in certain ways within The Kingdom of God.
Thus, “Because You Are Saints, Live In The Kingdom”. Because we are saints, things are expected from us such that we can live in the realm of The Kingdom of God, live in the realm of the supernatural.
That is a true blessing. This is only a brief statement about which there is surely an excellent message to be developed. I hope I can do that soon.
