19. FINDINGS
All the restaurant does not have features like free software, live update, KOT
management, Improve your business by providing your Menu to home delivery
service provider, update on mobile, and report export on excel sheet etc. which is
provided by Petpooja software.
30 restaurants are ready for this kind of software and tie up with petpooja. All of
them also think that they are at benefit side as they will get more sales without any
marketing of the restaurant or the product.
18 restaurants have requirement of inventory management, and 3 restaurants has
required for Cost management and Recipe management.
The entire Restaurant has paid money for getting software.
59% of the restaurants owners are paid above 45000 money for the software.
Majority (i.e.33) of the restaurants owners are Use Solution software for the billing
purpose.
Petpooja software gets good acceptance among the restaurants owners in the market.
20. After surveying the restaurants now we can conclude that this software is
feasible and it can fill the niche market place in the food services industry
in Gujarat and India
It is advisable for the company to make improvement like Inventory
management, Recipe management, Multiple KOT, Cost management, and
Report.
For this kind of business, success is highly depends upon the restaurants
and relationship with them.
Small and local good restaurants must be added through this software. As
they are interested to joint.
As the concept and company itself is very new to market, they must focus
highly on the very active promotional activities to create brand awareness
in the market.
21. CONCLUSION
After doing the feasibility study of new brand we knew that this kind of new
concept is totally feasible and even welcomed by restaurants.
As Petpooja software is very new concept in the restaurant industry in Gujarat and
India, there are many opportunity and also many problems are there to be faced by
company. From the survey we came to know that many restaurants are Rigid they
don’t want to change their software in spite of free. So it may be difficult for
Petpooja to tie up with them.
From this study we knew that it is feasible, but to make it run successfully
company need to concentrate actively upon brand and services provided by them.
In spite of being very new company with totally new concept, after starting
marketing of Petpooja software, petpooja has tie upped with almost all good
restaurants of Vadodara.
22. LEARNING
From this summer internship project I Have get exposer about the
Restaurant Industry.
I learned about the billing software use in Restaurants Industry.
I also learned how to marketing and how to sell the product.
I am able to know from my summer internship project that how the
survey gets undertaken.
It helps me to understand that how the actual Research is done.
