messages in the workplace are sales
and marketing, which are utilized to
achieve organizational objectives.
Sales is the action of selling
something, while marketing concerns
activities that are used to educate,
promote and inform consumers about
a product or service.
3. Sales is the action of selling something . The seller or the
provider of the goods or services complete a sale in response to
an acquisition, appropriation, requisition or a direct interaction
with the buyer at the point of sale.
4. Marketing is the study
and management of exchange relationships. Marketing is used
to create, keep and satisfy the customer. With the customer as
the focus of its activities, it can be concluded that Marketing is
one of the premier components of Business Management - the
other being innovation.
