Working as Operational Manager in Proshots Digital Media &
Art Centre from Mar 2011 till date. Proshots are pioneers in the
field of Photography, Videography, Film-making, Media Coverage,
Digital Production, 3D Animation, Graphic Design and Social
Media. Pro shots is a fully integrated company based in Doha,
Qatar established in 2011.
Responsibilities as Operational Manager:
 Getting the project from the client and allocating to the
concerned department ensure that it’s technically correct
and resulting in high quality.
 Preparing detailed schedule for every month and
completing the allocated work.
 Launching new product in the market with costing and
Analyzing the cost of the product.
 Calculating efficiency of the employees and evaluating their
performance.
 Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an
initiative geared toward operational excellence.
 Coordinating with other companies or freelance staff to
compete any surplus work.
 Coordinating with printing press for any printing job
requested by the clients.
Budgets and Costing Report :
 Preparation of management reports and actual against
business plan & budget as required.
 Provide management reporting to Managing Director.

for each project.
