2. How I learned solving problems
I was born in a remote coastal village of Bangladesh,
where grew up experiencing natural disasters
(Cyclone, Tornedo), pushed to change circumstances.
I have a little physical disability so experienced social
discrimination that motivated me.
Had scarcity! Learned how to manage limited resource
from boyhood.

3. Education I started my post school education in TVET sector to help
my family as early as I can, however, I had my goal to keep
my education continue.

Founded a polytechnic institute as co-
founder with 53 students, right now it has
become the largest among private institute
at southern part and one of the top private
TVET providers in Bangladesh. Now the
institute educating 3000 students and I am
leading a team of 210 people. Later
founded another college under a public
university offers 5 B.Sc. In Eng. Programs.
Setup several production area along with the institute
We are producing different goods (Garments, Steel
Works, IoT Device, Application) and working to build a
new Educational model.

8. Research & Innovation
• In 2014 developed a virtual workplace web
application to established virtual industry model.
Published one conference, three journal papers. It
was part of my M.Sc. research.
• Conducted research on impact of automation in job
sector, published on international journal.
• Applied research-based approach to develop
smartphone based Educational Technology,
published conference paper and one paper under
processing.
• Probe the digital divide issues during the COVID-19,
when students had to use online education
technology.
• Working on AI based system to determine learners'
attention, and many additional features.
