PERSONA MARKETING FOR RECRUITER
When we started talking about Persona Marketing. Firstthing which tickle our
mind is whatis persona marketing, we allknow whatis marketing butthen we
think whatis “PERSONA”? As it is a buzz word in industry. Persona marketing is
basically an old marketing strategy which is being used now and then as per the
marketrequirement, Persona Marketing relateswith theconsultantsand
recruiters, as we can say it’sthe relation and retention of candidate by the way
of getting into the social life, network, media and structure through,allthe social
interacting sites, it’s basically knowing basic mind structure through the sociallife
of a candidate. Due to this marketing strategy we can have a systematic growth in
retention, as well less back outsfrom already recruited jobs, thisstrategy can be
called as stability strategy for recruitmentbusiness. Now the basic question will
come up how to retain? Well if you ask me, I will straight away say thatit’s up to
the potential of a recruiter how he judge the candidate. Persona isan artwhich
can be used as a tool for recruiting. It’sjust that we never look upon the factthe
let the persona be in overwhelm position. It’s a proactive strategy used by so
many marketersto build relation and retain client. Persona marketing can be
used as a tool to build your own candidatelist which you will have an easy way
to retention and relation building step. It is not rocket science. it’sjust a little
effort of your interaction and perceiving themind as per industrial psychology!!!
