10. The company has a very clear and written down quality
management system. The Directors and Management of the
company recognize that quality, cannot be judged merely by a
batch of product passing a series of quality tests after it has
been manufactured (product testing), but the quality is
determined by the cumulative effects of premises,
equipment, materials, services and personnel involved directly
and indirectly in the manufacturing process.

production, quality control and quality assurance. Our QMS
works on the principle that “Compliance to Quality Policy,
Quality Objectives, and Product Quality & Regulation is
achieved by applying effective systems.”

“We will deliver Highest Quality of Product at all times to our internal
or external customers. We will supply product with high Quality,
Known Safety and Efficacy. Each product manufactured by us should go
through different quality checks & in-process checks. Product
manufacture should conform to the clearly established quality
standards. We commit ourselves, as an organization and as individuals
to excellence.”
To achieve this quality objective, we will create an environment that
encourages our teammates to prevent defects.

12. HEALTH POLICY INCLUDING PERSONAL
HYGIENE INCLUDING CLOTHING
Medical examination is carried out by a registered medical practitioner appointed by the company who visits the factory
annually. Any untoward finding in the medical report is considered for requisite medical attention. For any employee
resuming duty after an illness involving contagious disease, a medical certificate specifying his/her ability to attend to
the job is asked for. In addition to the above precautions, supervisors are always required to keep for any signs of disease
or weakness in workers. Personnel working in β-lactam area are tested for penicillin sensitivity yearly. All employees
have to follow dress code as decided by the company i.e. Uniform, Shoes apron. Visitors are restricted from entering
production area unless prior permission from HOD is obtained. Hand dips, footwear changes, air lock arrangements are
provided wherever required. Unidirectional flow of materials and personnel is planned with no chances of mix-ups or
cross contamination. Workers are periodically trained with respect personal hygiene.
