This document provides information about an event on optimizing performance measurement for mobile networks. The event will take place from April 28 to May 1, 2008 in Budapest and will include 15 operator case studies. It will provide strategies for measuring and monitoring network and service performance. Expert speakers will discuss topics like measuring performance of evolving networks, optimizing customer experience, and leveraging new technologies. A post-conference workshop on devising a customer experience measurement strategy is also scheduled.
