We are passionate about People Management and Business Success


         Björn Haring has a strong experience and focus on People and HR strategies, the delivery of HR
         services and HR processes. Bjorn's main focus is on aligning People Management with Business
         strategy and optimising HR support to line management. Björn has worked with private and public
         sector clients in the Nordic countries and Björn has lived and worked in several European countries.
         Björn is an active multisport athlete who has competed in the Hawaii Ironman and recently rode 6300
         km on his bike from Bangkok to the Tibetan mountains.


         Gunnel Tolfes has long and solid management experience in many different roles as operative
         manager and HR director in several service and people intensive organisations. Gunnels main focus is
         on business development through organisation, leadership, people and HR with an international
         perspective. Having alternated between line management and HR responsibilities has provided Gunnel
         with unique insights from both sides of the table.
         After several years in the Swedish national judo team , Gunnel has now taken up athletics and chases
         Swedish master records in distances ranging from 400 m hurdles to 2000 m steeplechase.


         Rune Nyberg has worked globally in the most senior HR roles with responsibility for on driving People
         and Organisational questions at management team and board level while assuming full business
         accountability. Runes focus is on building organisational capability through leadership development,
         effective organisations and strategic people management. In addition to his senior roles in HR, Rune
         has broad experience as a board member and mentor to senior management.
         In recent years Rune has left his classical background and taste for jazz music to practice the bass
         guitar to play in a rock band.
