This article is built on the content of two game changing books on operational excellence, 'The Path - Leveraging Operations in a Complex and Chaotic World' and 'Building Manufacturing Competitiveness'. While the first book presents a detailed action oriented and story driven case of how pharma companies are making operations central to their competitive strategy in today's business environment, the second one provides a technical explanation of the first. Following the release of the two books, there has been a demand from pharma plants to bring out successful case studies on how throughput of plants can be improved 'dramatically' and 'quickly' on an ongoing basis; this article is directed to meet this demand.
At the MnSearch Snippet #11 event held at Spyder Trap in Minneapolis, MN on January 29, 2014, Noah Turner presented his slidedeck "Video Optimization Best Practices."

1. Peer Review Exercise # 4
1. What is the primary idea of the content in the articles?
These articles are written about ban the using of cell phone in the cars. Details of these articles are
written about reason of ban the using of cell phone in the cars such as risk of using cell phone while
driving and how to ban using cell phone while driving. Thus, primary ideas of these articles are to ban
the use of cell phone in the cars.
2. Do you think the individual sections and headings in the document (articles) clearly represent the
idea that was communicated. Explain the reasons behind your comments.
First section is written about local lows related to ban the using of cell phone that talking or texting
while driving. Also, second and third sections are written about extent of ban using cell phone in the
cars and determining specific guideline for the use of cell phone while driving.
3. What details are included in the articles?
This article has been described about use conditions of the cellular phone. It is explained how to use
the cellular phone when is driver's driving. It becomes a problem the rule that the cellular phone
prohibits by the region different.
4. Was there anything that was confusing? If so, what is it?
There was anything that was confusing. As for the problem of the occurrence of the traffic accident
due to driver's carelessness, the standard is not vaguely understood easily.
5. What is good about the writing? Why is it good?
I think it is very good to prohibit the use of mobile phone while it is driving. Because the possibility of
causing the accident grows if the mobile phone is used while driving and there is a possibility of losing
the life. It is good that family can help for the accident is prevented.
6. Are there any errors that need to be corrected?
Yes there are. First of all, yourself should change consideration before making the family help. Next,
you should think what you can. I think that it is useless to rely on the person from the beginning.
Having in a prior settlement that doesn't put the trouble on a surrounding person.
2. Peer Review Exercise # 4
7. What specific suggestions for improving the articles can you make?
I think that I should give the example of other countries because the example is only the United States.
Moreover, it is necessary to enumerate the concrete example a little more.
(There was such an accident. )
The reader will understand this article more by doing so.
The reader might be interested more, too.
8. Identify three basic differences between how your group would author a similar document and how
this author authored it (as you see it in the link).
First of all, we enumerated the concrete example. Because enumerating the concrete example also is
interested the reader and becomes comprehensible. Next, it is likely to enumerate it as an example of
not only one country but also various regions. An idea different by the enumeration of the example of
other regions will arise, too. Finally, the illustration will be put a little more. When it is only a
character, the reader gets tired, too.
