This document provides instructions for students to participate in a peer review process to provide feedback on draft annotated bibliographies. It explains that peer review relies on experts in a field to critique and comment on work. Students are asked to publish their draft to their blog and review the drafts of the peers assigned to them. For each annotation in the draft, students should provide the author with feedback on what they heard, noticed, and wondered based on a set of guidelines provided. Finally, students should write a letter to the instructor summarizing their feedback across all the drafts they reviewed.
