This document outlines a professional development plan to teach teachers how to use a school employee website to better engage stakeholders. It begins with an introduction to the presenter and learner analysis showing the teacher group is 33% female, 77% male, 100% white, and 100% college graduates. A pre-test asks teachers about advantages of employee websites and leveraging them to engage stakeholders. The objectives are to teach uploading/organizing content, identifying site strengths/weaknesses, and communicating with students/parents. The presentation shows the login process and navigation tabs to manage individual teacher content and extracurricular activities.
