This document outlines a professional development plan to teach teachers how to use a school employee website to better engage stakeholders. It begins with an introduction to the presenter and learner analysis showing the teacher group is 33% female, 77% male, 100% white, and 100% college graduates. A pre-test asks teachers about advantages of employee websites and leveraging them to engage stakeholders. The objectives are to teach uploading/organizing content, identifying site strengths/weaknesses, and communicating with students/parents. 3. Learner Analysis
The groups consists of 24 teachers. The group is 33 percent female
and 77 percent male. The group is also 100 percent White and 100
percent college graduates. There are 12 teachers of academic
subjects, four special education teachers, and 10 teachers of elective
subjects. The age of the teachers ranges from 24 to 51.
