- Academic achievements: Research has shown more time to Physical activities leads to improved grades and standardised test scores.Better classroom behaviour: Regular physical activities lead to better classroom behaviour. Research has shown that regular more than 15 minutes physical activity results in improved classroom behaviour. Better school attendance:Physically fit children come to school regularly and fewer disciplinary problems.
