2. The aim of PDHPE in the NSW syllabus is to help students build
knowledge, skills, values and positive attitudes to lead healthy
and active fulfilling lives.

By learning PDHPE, students will understand how to sustain
healthy lifestyles as well as understand the importance of
appreciating and valuing self-identity and the difference of
