Functional Tester Responsibilities/Duties:
• Testing of new iterations of software through Project Specific Test Cases and Generic Test Suites, reporting all defects
found into DevTrack and DevTest.
• Confirmation Testing of issues upon arrival of new builds.
• Daily Status Reports - communicating daily progress to Management and Stakeholders.
• Work Assignment - Prioritising daily tasks and assigning dependent of tester strengths and current workload.
• Vetting issues and forwarding them to the development team.
• Project Specific Test Case creation.

• Test Plans - Test Suite design, resource estimation and estimating testing costs (budget reports).

• Title Meetings - Arrange, conduct and contribute to title meetings with Developers, Producers,
Localisation, Technical Test Team and global counterparts.
• Alpha/Beta/Exit Criteria - Completion of documentation ensuring they are accurate. Create custom
milestone requirements if requested and ensure stakeholders are inform of any relevant changes or
information regarding the title/project.
• Risk Management - Perform risk management throughout the titles/projects lifecycle and escalate risks

Functional and TRC testing, communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis.
