Report, temperature, CP, SPC for every Batch.
• Prepare FMEA, For records, hardness checking report HRC in AS quenched and
tempered both conditions well as also for HRB in Anneled part.
• Responsible For Making Microstructure report for Both the condition As quenched and
tempered.
• Temperature uniformity survey ,and also maintains of all type Problem raised in
Furnace
• Handling metallurgical lab checking microstructure and prepare report for raw material.
• In Lab HRB report, HRc report ,spectro polishing, Etching, Maintain data of lab
• In Microscope checking Inclusions, Soft part (anneling & Turning )Structure, Hard part
