Responsibilities:
• Checking and inspection of totally supplier raw material & handling supplier quality
department.
• Coordinator SAP system
 Vendor Developer Engineer:
• Responsible for APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, PFC.
• To Prepare the ISO/TS documentation and maintaining all related documents.
• Responsible for Product and Process audit.
• Analysis of in-house rejection as well as Supplier end.
• Responsible for MSA & knowledge of SPC.
• Responsible for Quality Objectives and Trend.
• Responsible for Documents updating, distribution & control.
• Calculate and maintain supplier Rejection in ”PPM” and maintain it.
• Devolve Supplier by maintain SCR(Supplier complaint report)every day with answer
in Root cause or 8d report.
• Responsible for Supplier Evaluation and Rating.
• Involve in ISO 9001 TS audit, internal audit/GATE audit, quality control and
assurance to supplier.
 Quality Assurance:
• Effectively operate CMM (Turning ring) & Spectro(chemical analysis) machine.
• Operating continues type mesh belt furnace heat treatment
• Handling forging ,heat treatment and anneling plant (Final inspection)
• Handling metallurgical lab checking microstructure and prepare report for raw material.
• Team leader of new developing system LEAN MANUFACTURING.

2. • Dealing with supplier for batter improvement.
• Handling metallurgical lab and instrument & handling heat treatment and annealing process.
• Co-ordination & correspondence with client & supplier for approval of design documents.
• Design & Development of Pro-E based 3-D models and manufacturing & assembly drawings for
Forged or Casted bearing cage.
• Calculation bearing geometry, bearing life.
• Preparing & reviewing specifications, evaluating offers and preparing technical evaluation
report.
• Supporting for drawing revision, regarding design changes or customer comments.
• Worked as an active team member of catalogue development team and also for 5s & Kaizen
activity regarding Design and development.
 Heat treatment (Production)
• Responsible For Operating newly installed Heat treatment Furnace Continues type
mesh belt .
• Analysis of rejected piece as well as distortion.
• Prepare and maintain all document related Furnace Operating, PDI report & Ovality
Report, temperature, CP, SPC for every Batch.
• Prepare FMEA, For records, hardness checking report HRC in AS quenched and
tempered both conditions well as also for HRB in Anneled part.
• Responsible For Making Microstructure report for Both the condition As quenched and
tempered.
• Temperature uniformity survey ,and also maintains of all type Problem raised in
Furnace
• Handling metallurgical lab checking microstructure and prepare report for raw material.
• In Lab HRB report, HRc report ,spectro polishing, Etching, Maintain data of lab
• In Microscope checking Inclusions, Soft part (anneling & Turning )Structure, Hard part
structure As Per ASTM standard SEP-1520 1998 Also Micro and Macro etching, for
Roller (Coil) and Outer And inner (Round BAR) in Bearing steel grade 100CR6 –52100.
