is to provide a social outing for
seniors where they can interact and
socialize with peers. There will be
social workers available to them to
help out with any issues that they
may face especially with financial
and health assistance and
resources.

• This theory recognizes that there’s not a right or wrong way to run an
organization.
• Recognizes the external environment and the role that it plays but it
also stresses the internal environment within the organization and
how each department functions, and their overall satisfaction.
5. DIVISION OF WORK
Case managers will have their assigned clients in which they will work
with clients families and outside sources with transportation or home
health services.
Human resources will deal with all things pertaining to HR’
Case managers will also run the adult day care program to set up
activities for clients to keep them engaged throughout the day.
