This document provides information about the Pathways Senior Center & Human Services program. The central mission is to provide social outings for seniors to interact and socialize with peers while social workers assist with financial, health, and other issues. Contingency theory recognizes there is no single right way to run an organization and stresses both the external environment and internal functions of different departments. The budget outlines anticipated costs including licenses, accounting fees, rent, utilities, equipment, supplies, and staff pay of $17 or more per hour. Progress will be evaluated through surveys, quantitative data on client progress, and data on service needs used and costs.
