Program Name (MME Multiservices LLc)
 The proposed program will be called, My Kids names their Initial (Matthew Micheal
Emarie )
• The program’s purpose is to support for the general public groups in the society.
Mission
 The Mission of the program is: To provide free care and housing to all the people in the
community through fundraisers, government and community support.
• Some of the services that this program aims at providing to the elderly members of the
community include:
 Housing
 Healthcare
 Insurance and retirement benefits
 Transportation
 Care giving
 Protection from abuse
 Exercising
 Counselling and physical/psychological therapy
 Nutritional Services
 This program targets adults who are not orientated with help and above who are
in dire need of community based support.
• This program targets these group of people because we regard it as being a
vulnerable group with which many people such as employers, family members and
the communities at large take advantage of such by deceiving, conning, ignoring
or even harassing them.
• The society may have little more than a vague awareness of what many of the
people may be in need of and so most of them end up being ignored . As such,
many people tend to focus on the rights of women and children, forgetting of yet
another vulnerable group. With the help with the community to understand what
resources out their for them
 To reduce cases of starvation and malnutrition amongst the people through
nutritional services such as the food pantry services
 To help the community with use the computer and getting knowledge with the
technology
 To provide proper housing to provide security and protect the all members of the
community from abuse
 To establish a place that beside the bank or the library to assist them with copy or to
fill a simple application.
 Form a secretariat that will be in charge of fighting and advocating for the rights of
the people .
 The political, economic, social, and technological factors that affect the
elderly persons include:
1) Fewer place for people
2) Unemployment among
3) resources
4) Low inflation rates.
1) paucity of resources at the family level and places of stay
2) lack of participation in decision making regarding household expenditure
and utilization
3) lack of financial capabilities due to loss of work opportunities
4) inability to enjoy physical activities due to ailments
The biggest impact of cultural diversity on this program is how it can
encourage them (the elderly) express their identity. Through this, they
are able to feel comfortable, and by being comfortable, they can do more
with less and let others in their lives who may have a similar background
feel the same way. Culture and diversity also creates a platform for
people of different ages or different backgrounds to come together.
Through this dynamic of creating new networks, many opportunities can
arise which go far beyond what would have occurred without such a
platform being established
 Studies have shown that diversity within a community can
help promote healthy aging. The majority of people hold
diverse opinions, ideas and beliefs, therefore it will be
important to include everyone in this program.
Inclusiveness can be achieved by hiring elderly people in
different positions that can allow them contribute in
decision making so that their needs can also be
accommodated to those of the rest of the rest. Elderly
people who are able to work well with others should be
encouraged as they are going to interact with many
different communities.
The internal and external organizational design elements create a good fit for this program.
As such, both Theory X & Theory Y, which have very holistic views of how the world works
and how people interact with each other. The X-theory holds that people should be self-
reliant, while having less of a need for government support. This can lead to behaviors like
ergonomics, where seniors might stand up straight in their chairs or walk more slowly. The Y-
theory holds that older adults require more help from others than younger people do. It also
offers explanations for why some seniors are more dependent on their children than others:
It's partly genetic and partly environmental. Therefore, Theory X and Theory Y are
applicable to this community program because they can apply to different types of people,
therefore making it more likely that theory X and Theory Y will be applicable to both our
target clients who are the elderly people, the targeted service providers for the program, the
society and the government at large.

Information that can be documented in an elderly community
based program is the demographic, economic and social data of the
residents of a specific community at regular intervals. Demographic
information includes age, gender, marital status, education level and
origin. Economic data includes income levels and assets. Social
Data such as family size and information on behavior of elders
should also be gathered regularly to substantiate whether elderly
people are able to access services they require.
The business will be based in a small town in the United States of
America. The town has a population of approximately 2,000 people.
Our services will be unique in the town and the surrounding area. We
seek the grant to help in offering notary services, administrative
assistance, and somebody to help customers fill out applications and
read letters that clients need help understanding. There will be two
employees working in the office at any given time. One employee will
be a full-time secretary, and the other will be a part-time notary public.
We will also have an official website to attract customers from all over
the United States. Our operation times will be from 9:00 AM to 4:00
PM, Monday through Friday. We will remain closed during weekends
and federal holidays.
The elderly community based program will be
evaluated through a satisfaction survey and
employee evaluation. The outcome measures will
be periodic performance evaluations, end of year
review and an annual review.
Our organizations aim at offering quality services to all clients and guide them in areas they may
have little or no knowledge at. Our insurance services will ensure clients reduce the risks of loss
occurrence and get access to fair compensation whenever losses occur. The research we
conducted proved that many individuals in the area either do not know or are ignorant of the
benefits of insurance. Therefore, we also aim at educating individuals on the benefits and
importance of the services to be offered by our organization. The notary we seek to employ will
be essential in providing advices required in diverse encounters with clients in all the services
operations. The business main goal is to also generate profit from the services offered and help in
community development projects to build social relations.
