The G20 New Delhi Summit will be chaired by the Indian Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi.
India's presidency began on 1 December 2022, leading up to the summit in the third quarter of 2023. The presidency handover ceremony was held as an intimate event, in which the G20 Presidency gavel was transferred from Indonesian President Joko Widodo to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the close of the Bali summit. Indonesia held the presidency in 2022.[8]
The India’s G20 Presidency would guide the work of the G20 under the theme of - “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” or “One Earth · One Family · One Future” - drawn from the Sanskrit phrase of the Maha Upanishad , which means "The World Is One Family". Essentially, the theme affirms the value of all life – human, animal, plant, and microorganisms – and their interconnectedness on the planet Earth and in the wider universe.
G20 India has put forth six agenda priorities for the G20 dialogue in 2023:-
Green Development, Climate Finance & LiFE
Accelerated, Inclusive & Resilient Growth
Accelerating progress on SDGs
Technological Transformation & Digital Public Infrastructure
Multilateral Institutions for the 21st century
Women-led development.

The G20 is an apt model for global cooperation in today’s world. Its response to the global financial crisis is a testament to the impact G20 members can make when working together. The G20 introduced trillions of dollars in fiscal stimulus packages worldwide, which saved or created millions of jobs that would otherwise have been destroyed. It also put in place measures to limit the collapse of financial markets and helped maintain consumer and business confidence.
G20 Foundation Lecture on Green Growth, Sustainability and Climate Change at ...G20_Foundation
G20 is a group of 20 major economies which represent 90% of the world’s overall GDP, 80% of world trade and 2/3 of the world’s population. As a result of a G20 Summit, the heads of state produce a leaders declaration, where they agree to a number of macro economical reforms and regulations.
Since Green Growth, Sustainability and Energy Efficiency were significant agenda topics through past G20 presidencies, the first part of this lecture will evaluate the success of the governance process and identify key obstacles for implementation. The second part will deal with governance innovation and dialogue facilitation between governments, businesses, academia and civil society. Inclusions will be underlined as an important measure for improvement of quality and acceptance of the governmental decision making process.

Towards a Sustainable Future – Learning from the Relics of Our Pastijtsrd
The unbridled production and consumption patterns have led to severe impact on the environment. The forest fires, the abnormal rainfall, the flash floods, landslides, cloudbursts are the nature’s reaction to human’s uncontrolled and invasive development spree. On September 25th 2015, the United Nations UNO adopted the Sustainable Development Goals SDGs a set of goals to end Poverty, Protect the Planet, Ensure Prosperity for all. Each goal has specific targets that has to be achieved over the next 15 years. The research paper is an attempt to understand the causes of the environmental challenges and its drastic onslaught on the future of all lives on the earth. There are valuable lessons from our ancient practices which can be our saviour. The Research paper discusses some of our rich and useful practices which if adopted, will not only save resources but also make earth a better place for everyone. Emerging Issues and Challenges of Sustainable Development A National Level Pr...ijtsrd
This paper analyses the emerging issues and challenges of sustainable development in India by using secondary data. The growth of the population is very high which poses serious challenges for economic growth and environment sustainability. The use of modern technology, good communication facilities and creating new innovations affects the environment and lifestyle of the people. On the other hand, increasing production and consumption of goods puts a strain on the environment causing pollution and emissions of carbon dioxide in the Earths atmosphere, The issues of sustainable development is influenced by several factors like utilization of the available resources, urbanization, industrialization, climatic variability, and poor technology. Sustainable development mainly focuses to raise productivity, income, improve health, economic prosperity, and protect environment degradation. It also meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The government has initiated several programmes and policies to increase sustainability. But, the programmes and policies have failed to achieve their goals. Climate change impacts human life immensely. For instance, air pollution directly harms human health and affects environment biodiversity. what is the future of Pi Network currency.DOT TECH
The future of the Pi cryptocurrency is uncertain, and its success will depend on several factors. Pi is a relatively new cryptocurrency that aims to be user-friendly and accessible to a wide audience. Here are a few key considerations for its future:
Message: @Pi_vendor_247 on telegram if u want to sell PI COINS.
1. Mainnet Launch: As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Pi was still in the testnet phase. Its success will depend on a successful transition to a mainnet, where actual transactions can take place.
2. User Adoption: Pi's success will be closely tied to user adoption. The more users who join the network and actively participate, the stronger the ecosystem can become.
3. Utility and Use Cases: For a cryptocurrency to thrive, it must offer utility and practical use cases. The Pi team has talked about various applications, including peer-to-peer transactions, smart contracts, and more. The development and implementation of these features will be essential.
4. Regulatory Environment: The regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies is evolving globally. How Pi navigates and complies with regulations in various jurisdictions will significantly impact its future.
5. Technology Development: The Pi network must continue to develop and improve its technology, security, and scalability to compete with established cryptocurrencies.
6. Community Engagement: The Pi community plays a critical role in its future. Engaged users can help build trust and grow the network.
7. Monetization and Sustainability: The Pi team's monetization strategy, such as fees, partnerships, or other revenue sources, will affect its long-term sustainability.
It's essential to approach Pi or any new cryptocurrency with caution and conduct due diligence. Cryptocurrency investments involve risks, and potential rewards can be uncertain. The success and future of Pi will depend on the collective efforts of its team, community, and the broader cryptocurrency market dynamics. It's advisable to stay updated on Pi's development and follow any updates from the official Pi Network website or announcements from the team.

The European Unemployment Puzzle: implications from population agingGRAPE
We study the link between the evolving age structure of the working population and unemployment. We build a large new Keynesian OLG model with a realistic age structure, labor market frictions, sticky prices, and aggregate shocks. Once calibrated to the European economy, we quantify the extent to which demographic changes over the last three decades have contributed to the decline of the unemployment rate. Our findings yield important implications for the future evolution of unemployment given the anticipated further aging of the working population in Europe. We also quantify the implications for optimal monetary policy: lowering inflation volatility becomes less costly in terms of GDP and unemployment volatility, which hints that optimal monetary policy may be more hawkish in an aging society. Finally, our results also propose a partial reversal of the European-US unemployment puzzle due to the fact that the share of young workers is expected to remain robust in the US.

US Economic Outlook - Being Decided - M Capital Group August 2021.pdfpchutichetpong
The U.S. economy is continuing its impressive recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and not slowing down despite re-occurring bumps. The U.S. savings rate reached its highest ever recorded level at 34% in April 2020 and Americans seem ready to spend. The sectors that had been hurt the most by the pandemic specifically reduced consumer spending, like retail, leisure, hospitality, and travel, are now experiencing massive growth in revenue and job openings.
Could this growth lead to a “Roaring Twenties”? As quickly as the U.S. economy contracted, experiencing a 9.1% drop in economic output relative to the business cycle in Q2 2020, the largest in recorded history, it has rebounded beyond expectations. This surprising growth seems to be fueled by the U.S. government’s aggressive fiscal and monetary policies, and an increase in consumer spending as mobility restrictions are lifted. Unemployment rates between June 2020 and June 2021 decreased by 5.2%, while the demand for labor is increasing, coupled with increasing wages to incentivize Americans to rejoin the labor force. Schools and businesses are expected to fully reopen soon. In parallel, vaccination rates across the country and the world continue to rise, with full vaccination rates of 50% and 14.8% respectively.
However, it is not completely smooth sailing from here. According to M Capital Group, the main risks that threaten the continued growth of the U.S. economy are inflation, unsettled trade relations, and another wave of Covid-19 mutations that could shut down the world again. Have we learned from the past year of COVID-19 and adapted our economy accordingly?
“In order for the U.S. economy to continue growing, whether there is another wave or not, the U.S. needs to focus on diversifying supply chains, supporting business investment, and maintaining consumer spending,” says Grace Feeley, a research analyst at M Capital Group.
While the economic indicators are positive, the risks are coming closer to manifesting and threatening such growth. The new variants spreading throughout the world, Delta, Lambda, and Gamma, are vaccine-resistant and muddy the predictions made about the economy and health of the country. These variants bring back the feeling of uncertainty that has wreaked havoc not only on the stock market but the mindset of people around the world. MCG provides unique insight on how to mitigate these risks to possibly ensure a bright economic future.

The current method for selling pi coins involves exchanging them with a pi vendor who purchases pi coins for investment reasons.

to achieve the Sustainable Development
Goals. Efforts to counter the triple planetary
crisis of climate change, nature and

must be ramped up in order to truly
transform societies and economies for
everyone, everywhere.

Dr.Devendra Arora 15
16. The 7Rs: Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repair,
Regift, Recycle
The 7Rs explained
1. RETHINK: Step back and think about the type
of consumer you want to be and what this means
for the environment.
2. REFUSE: Think before you buy and be prepared
to not buy at all. Green consumers place
themselves at the start of the buy-and-use cycle.
They buy less and buy products that do the least
harm to the environment.
3/26/2023
Dr.Devendra Arora 16
17. 3. REDUCE: Buy less, buy products that have little or no packaging and
that last a long time, borrow instead of buy, and compost. Items that
are no longer needed or used are donated or sold.
4. REUSE: Up cycle instead of throw away. Examples: glass jars can be
used to store dry goods, old calendar pages are used as DIY
envelopes, old toothbrushes are used to clean hard to reach places,
empty toothpaste tubes are used as funnels.
5. REPAIR: Try to fix items before disposing of them. Our current
culture has been called a "throwaway society" because more items
end up in the landfill than need to. This harms the environment
and uses more of the earth's resources to make new items. We can
help conserve the earth's resources by fixing things and participating
in the "Repair Movement".
3/26/2023
Dr.Devendra Arora 17
18. 6. REGIFT: When you Regift, you give someone a gift
that you received from someone else. Don't feel
guilty! Passing it on to someone who will enjoy it
more than you is a good thing. You just need to
follow this etiquette: You are certain the gift is
something the recipient would enjoy. The gift is
brand new and comes in its original box. The gift
isn't handmade or a family treasure.
7. RECYCLE (Compost): Put things back into the waste
stream to be used again for something else. Glass is
used for roads, plastics are melted down to make
new products, and the organic waste that we compost
is used to fertilize our gardens.
3/26/2023
Dr.Devendra Arora 18
19. The triple planetary crisis refers to the three
main interlinked issues that humanity
currently faces: climate change, pollution
and biodiversity loss. Each of these issues
has its own causes and effects and each
issue needs to be resolved if we are to have
a viable future on this planet.
Climate change is the most pressing issue
facing humanity today. Simply put, climate
change refers to long-term shifts in
temperatures and weather patterns that in
the long run will completely alter the
ecosystems that support life on the planet.

Dr.Devendra Arora 19
20. Almost everything we do releases emissions,
but energy use, Industry, transport, buildings
and agriculture are the main causes for
release of greenhouse gases to the
atmosphere.
The consequences of climate change already
today manifest through increased intensity and
severity of droughts, water scarcity, wildfires,
rising sea levels, flooding, melting polar ice,
catastrophic storms and declining biodiversity.

and premature death in the world, with
more than seven million people dying
prematurely each year due to pollution.
Incredibly, nine out of ten people worldwide

that exceed WHO guidelines. Pollution is
caused by everything from traffic and
factories to wildfires, volcanoes .
Another cause of pollution is indoor
household air pollution from cooking with
polluting fuels and technologies which caused
an estimated 3.8 million deaths in 2016
