As we know that the aircraft Maintenance mainly deal with the construction, repair,
and maintenance of the aircraft in all the technical level.
Students who are pursing aircraft Maintenance Course will study about the typical
subjects that will be covered like, aircraft maintenance and logistics, Aerodynamics,
Aircraft Engines and their repair, Radar and Communication, Avionics and other
modern aircraft technology.
The students will gain hands on competencies in the application of structural analysis
of aircraft, aircraft development and design, control systems of aerospace
equipments and much more

parts using Preventive or Breakdown maintenance processes, is Known as Aircraft
Maintenance.
It includes overhaul, inspection, replacement, defect rectification, and the

Being an important domain of knowledge, University Grants Commission (UGC) has got the
model syllabus for B.Sc. Honors (Aircraft Maintenance) framed. As this course is framed by UGC
and approved, this course is a valid undergraduate B.Sc. (Honors) degree all over India.
Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) approves AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering)
training institutes to impart ab-initio training in the field of aircraft maintenance. A large
number of AME students after spending three years in such institutes do not get employment
because these courses are not recognized by any Government body as degrees or diplomas.
In order to safeguard the interest of these students, the ministry of HRD in a DGCA pertaining to
the introduction of the B.Sc. course in Aeronautics engineering in various universities decided
that a template of the syllabus of this course may be designed.

Our institution obtained the NOC from the Government of Rajasthan and affiliation from
Jai Narain Vyas University (a state regional university), Jodhpur for the B.Sc. (Honors) Aircraft
maintenance course to start from session 2023-2024.
As the course will be controlled by the university and examination conduction will also be
done by the university, the degree will also be given by the university.

(40 % for SC, ST, OBC-NC)

Maintenance Engineer for State Govt. owned Aircrafts and Private Aircrafts etc.
Work in Aircraft manufacturing industry and their Ancillary units.
Further Students are eligible to appear in all the exams which are open for normal
graduate such as UPSC, RPSC, Bank PO etc.

We are having MoU with Centre for Civil Aviation Training, Delhi for
training on actual AIRBUS 300.
Our labs are equipped with real life aircrafts and their equipments including complete
assembly of different types of Aircraft Engines and their parts, Electronic Components, Digital
Displays, Control Panels, Blackbox and Flight Data Recorders. Some of our well equipped labs
