Dos and Don’tsDos and Don’ts  Check you have the correct day and time  Arrive a little early to make sure you can start your meeting promptly  Listen for the positive messages from your teacher  Keep children quiet and occupied during meetings  Make an arrangements for a longer meeting if you feel it warrants it  Ask for clarification is something is not clear  Arrive late or ‘just on time’ for your meeting  Focus on negative  Expect to stay longer than 10 minutes  Leave children unsupervised  Bring very small children who are likely to disrupt the meeting  Ask the class teacher to ‘rank’ your child
