Paraguay is a landlocked country located in South America between Argentina, Bolivia, and Brazil. It has an area of around 406,750 square kilometers and is covered with forests, marshes and lagoons. Paraguay's government is now a constitutional republic and its capital and largest city is Asunción. The country's natural resources include hydropower, timber, iron ore and manganese. Tourism attractions include waterfalls, national parks, ruins and historical sites.
