This document summarizes the culture of different regions in Colombia. The Llanos Orientales region is known for guarapo, jugo de caña, and zebu meat. The Amazonas region has various indigenous tribes and myths that are part of the local culture and traditions. The Pacific coast has beautiful beaches and islands with wildlife sanctuaries. Medellin is known for its Feria de las Flores festival and Bandeja paisa dish.

 This region is

The Amazonia has its own
cosmovision, it has traditions ,
beliefs and myths that are
part of the culture and thoughts
of people. They speak different
dialects like : Lengua tupi,
Lenguas ye o ge
Lenguas caribe,
Lenguas arawak , lenguas
pano-tacanas
Lenguas tucanas.
Also it is known to their
regional myths,.

4. PACIFIC COAST
The first language that is spoken in this
region is Spanish, and then English and
France.
This region is know for the beautiful
beaches.
The weather is around 37 to 41 grades
The pacific coast has beautiful islands.
The islands of Gorgona, Gorgonilla. they
have wildlife sanctuaries protected by the
government. Farther around 300
kilometers there is , the Islote de malpelo,
peñon emerging the ocean surprisingly
underwater life.

5. Pacific coast
The most famous beaches are:
• Punta de gallina . It is located in the
Departamento de la Guajira
•Cavo de la vela. It is located in the limit to
the sea and the desert,
• Parque National natural tayrona . It is
located in Santa Marta.
•Puerto Velero. It is located to a half hour
from Barranquilla
•Isla Varu. Close to Cartagena, ciudad
Amurallada
•Archipielago de san Bernardo. It is located
to the south of Cartagena,
•Puerto Velero. It is located in a half hour
from Barranquilla
•Nuqui. It is located close to National
Natural park Utria.
•Bahia Solano. It is located in Chocó
• Ladrilleros y Juan Chaco, It is located
close to Puerto de Buenaventura.

6. Medellin
La feria de las Flores. It is in Augost
Feria Nacioanal de las artesanias. It is
in July
Feria Taurina de la Candelaria. It is in
January and February.
The typical food is Bandeja paisa.
It is known to the Feria de las Flores
that have been celebrated for 56
years.
People from Medellin are known as
Antiqueness
One important place is Pueblito Paisa.
