 Entrepreneurship= Entrepreneurs + Enterprise

 Entrepreneurs are the persons who take all the
activities to establish enterprise and run it smoothly.
 Helps in economic development.
 Helps in Regional Development.
INDIA SPECIFIC CHALLENGES
 Lack of Capital.
 80% of New Entrepreneurs Having Good Idea but not have
Sufficient Funds.
 High Inflation.
 The annual inflation rate is 3.78% (Indian Ministry of Statistics
and Programme Implementation.)
 Support from the family.
 Only 3% Family Support the Students to become an
Entrepreneur other than Family Business. (TOI)
 Best example of Family Support is from Gujrat State. (TOI)
 Lack of Knowledge/ Skills.
 Every Year from RTMNU there are 12,000 and 2,000 students
from MBA becomes Engineers and Managers respectively.

 Managing People.
 Managing Quality of Workforce.
 Regulation and Governance.
 obtaining government clearance and licenses, paying taxes etc.
OPPORTUNITIES
 Advancement in Technology.
 Information Technology.
 High Income.
 Comparing to the Job Holders.
 Become a Own Boss.
 Unlimited Power, Self-Development.
 Government Support.
 Now a days there is start of Startup India from Central
Government
 Financial Support from Banks.
 Institutional Support.
 SIDBI, EDI, NIESBUD, DIC, NABARD, MSME, MIDC,
MITCON.
 Employment.
 Provide Employment to the unemployed persons.
TO DEVELOP SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS.
 Training and Skills Essential for the Development of
Successful Entrepreneurs.
 Create the Right Environment for Success.
 Ensure that Entrepreneurs have access to the Right
Skill.
 Ensure that Entrepreneurs have access to ‘Smart
Capital’.
 Enable Support System.
 Government Support.
CONCLUSION
 Most entrepreneurs simply got tired of working for
others.
 The country’s economic policy environment must
be favourable.
 The economic conditions is highly dependent on
the number of entrepreneurs.
 If entrepreneurs grow in numbers India will go from
developing to developed position.
