Promoted to newly developed position, managing competitive, branded product line. Serviced and developed all
convenience store chains, including White Hand Pantry, JJ Pepper’s, Minute Mart, Zoomers, Jolley Associates,
Champlain Farms, and Simon’s Stores. Collaborating and working closely with Marketing Department, Distribution

• Penetrated new category, facilitating expansion into 12 states. Landed two key accounts, generating $2
million annual revenue.
• Successfully obtained distribution agreement with H.T. Hackney (a $2 billion distributor). Oversaw roasting,
packaging, quality control and shipping of Café Java brand, and trained management and salespeople on
techniques to sell higher quality, higher margined coffee programs. Resolved all issues, related to returns,
refunds, and marketing allowances.
• Recommended new servicing program, improving customer satisfaction across 12 states.
• Salvaged $1 million account by revamping pricing, image, equipment service, and training program for 65
high-volume franchisees.
