component present in smog, produced photochemical
by irradiation of sunlight on various man-made
pollutants. The chemical component in the gaseous

actually prevents the harmful ultraviolet rays of
sunlight from entering the atmosphere. Weiber ozone

The test chamber simulates the high ozone concentration
level and also the corresponding temperature and
humidity settings.
Weiber Rubber Test Chambers are mainly used to
evaluate the ozone ageing resisting performance of
rubber and the protective efficacy of the anti ozone so as to
take the effective ozone-ageing resisting measures to
extend the life span of the rubber products. The whole
ozone generating and capture process is performed in an
airtight loop, which guarantees the safety of people. Static
strain and dynamic strain are both considered.
Moreover Weiber Rubber Tensile Test Chamber is
equipped with heater and humidifier, circulating fans and
other device. On top of the test chamber there are balance
exhaust holes to exhaust air in laboratory constantly to
keep balance of air concentration in test chamber.
The inner bladder of the chamber is made of imported hi-
class stainless steel plate while the outer bladder is made
of A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic.
