         How to use your customer/contact book in the storm,
                           to make sales?

1. Divide customers into groups: sold customers & prospects by their
buying/taste habits.

2. Create a phone script.
" As a service to our preferred customers we have created a " BLIZZARD
Phone Customer Service Department. We are contacting YOU our
preferred customer with 3 items especially selected for your
Valentine."
The items selected should be low, medium, & high in price.
3. Facts for the script - all gifts will be gift wrapped, & ready for pick up
         before Valentine' s Day. Your card will not be charged until pickup.

                                HAVE A SALES ASSOCIATES CONTEST
                       Reward the highest (in-home) sales associate either with
                                       " Dinner out" or cash.
