NIOSH aims to develop a workforce that is efficient, trained
with integrity and professional through a systematic human
resource development management in line with its training
and human resource development objective.
“Giving the opportunity to all NIOSH staff to participate in training for personal and
organizational development.”
The management will ensure :
1. Knowledge and competence of staff in related and appropriate fields are improved.
2. Planning, implementing and monitoring of human resource development activities are carried
out
systematically to fulfill staff needs for various forms of training to improve competency.
3. Staff is required to attend at least five (5) training days in a year.
