This document presents a case study of a 18-year-old male patient diagnosed with optic disc melanocytoma in his right eye. The patient reported blurry vision and seeing a black spot in his right eye for 7 days. Examination revealed a pigmented, dark elevated lesion over the optic disc in the right eye. Investigations including color fundus photography, OCT angiogram, and B-scan confirmed the diagnosis of optic disc melanocytoma with macular edema. The patient was treated with oral steroids and proton pump inhibitors. Follow up imaging after 1 month of treatment showed resolution of the macular edema and improvement in vision.
