coordination of multiple operations in order to guarantee the right service performance. Schedule and coordination of
institutional training, on time input of work orders into RADAR system.
Achievements, projects and Implementations:
 NPT-Non Productive Time reduction from 370 hrs. to 17 hrs. in two months (95.5%) through the right people
management follow up.
 70% reduction on time delivery to oil extraction facilities as a result of an improved maintenance fleet management
program.
 $ 2500 USD savings on tools management achieving a 100% of preventive program .
 “Cero Accidents” award as a result of an order, cleaning and safer facilities.
 50% monthly cost reduction on Personnel Equipment by control and order on replacement
 40% increase on current operations as a result of an effective customer service level.
 $20K USD “scrap” reduction, by selecting and replacing non-operational tools.
 30% scrap avoidance by internal maintenance program to SKU´s closed to be replaced.
